BE HERE NOW.

All we have is the present. Which is why it’s a gift.

Presence. n. The state or fact of existing, occurring, or being present in a place or thing.
One way we can be present is by truly experiencing life with our senses. All five of our senses are taking in information in every given moment, whether we realize it or not. By focusing in on our senses, we can better acknowledge the information they are taking in, and train our brains to more fully experience the present moment. To be present is to be fully here. Right now. In this moment. It is to live in a mental space where the most important thing is this moment, as it is, where all life resides. It means to fully open ourselves to the moment and what is has to offer. Members of the L Force pay attention to the gift that is now - it is where all of the magic of creation and possibility lives.
Listen to this mindfulness track together while focusing on what the music does to the senses.
You can also use it as a dance or movement improvisation activity. Just move however the music moves you!
