Courage. n. the mental or moral strength to venture, persevere, and withstand danger, fear, or difficulty.
It has been said that your thoughts and emotions are being guided in any given moment by one of two forces - love or fear. Sometimes simply recognizing what you are afraid of is not enough to calm the fear. So, we suggest that you try making that fear your friend. It turns out your fears are just as afraid of you as you are of them. Listen to them so you can hear what they have to tell you, you can have a dialogue with them, put them at ease, and make more room for Love. To be in the L Force is to be someone who befriends his or her fears so that Love can win. Love and fear won’t hang out together.
So we invite all of us to choose love. It feels much much better than fear.
